The purpose of this publication is to identify and analyse positive practices documented in Country Visit Reports stemming from country visits carried out by the Special Representative between 2021 and 2025 – namely to Bulgaria (2021), France (2021), Latvia (2022), Norway (2022), Switzerland (2022), the United Kingdom (2022), Kyrgyzstan (2023 and 2024), Finland (2024), Spain (2025), and the Netherlands (2025).
